Sun & Mon Report

Hello. Here is the Sunday and Monday report. Yesterday my primary kids (NODP) sang a song at church in sacrament meeting for Easter. They were the only 4 doing it, and thankfully Daniel was there cause carried the kids and sang beautifully. His projection is really good and everyone commented on how great he sings. They sang "He Sent His Son". After church we watched 17 Miracles, and I always laugh at the part where they were reduced to 10 oz of flour a day, remembering Ethan and Hyrum complaining about their small ice cream cones ~ "I gave Ethan his cone, and he took it with a sad face and said "They ask too much, and give too little..." which is a quote from the movie 17 Miracles, where the members of the handcart were starving and receiving their small ration of food for the day. It made me laugh. Hyrum continued the movie quote as he said "We're grown men!! Look at these portions!!!" Peter showing me his volcano creation yesterday -

Then he'd accidentally drop it, then fix it, then drop it again, fix it.

It happened like 4 times, and then he'd ask me to take a photo again to send to Wes.
Wes and Peter are good buddies. Not sure if we'll see him when we go to Texas, but it could be fun if we did. We'll see. I'm keeping expectations low. K today - wearing socks on her hands again. Not sure where this style came from?
Silly girl.

Spring break is here. I didn't go climbing this morning, cause I was up past 1 to pick up Abi from the airport. In the car at 12:36 am. I bought some macaroons on Saturday that I surprised her with. She said I saved her life, so I told her to take a pic to remember this great act of salvation she received.

Climbing is usually what saves my sanity. So while I didn't get out the door this morning, I was able to go climb around 4pm when I needed a break from packing. Did this White V4 behind me 3x.

Total today 26: white V4 3x, 2 V4 attempts, 6 V3 sends, 2 V3 attempts, 9 V2 sends, 4 V1 sends. Won't be climbing again until next Thursday as I am headed out tomorrow morning for a 20 hour drive to Texas. I have 10 hours to  get to Red River NM, then 10 to Dallas. I've been watching the weather. Things don't look good...

We're praying for a miracle! Planning to leave around 6 am tomorrow, so I better head to bed.
