Corey's Speaking Tour in Valdivia

On Friday, Corey went to speak in Valdivia. Valdivia was beautiful too, Corey told me I would have liked it and all the rivers and bridges in the city. Melodie and Ethan accompanied him this time. They ate at home before they left at 6:00 to catch the bus. After they arrived in Valdivia they had another breakfast snack at McDonald's.


Little story (Corey and the kids couldn't believe this) - they only served Ham and cheese sandwiches and coffee. Mel and Ethan kept asking Corey, who in turn would ask the worker for them, if they had anything else - hash browns? Orange Juice? Egg McMuffin? Nope, nope, nope. So they ordered ham and cheese. Then the cashier asked "Will there be anything else?" Corey looked at her and with surprise and a little of contempt at the question, and said "You don't have anything else!" To which she nodded agreement and took payment. Pretty funny I thought.


And if you use a public restroom here in Chile, don't forget to grab your tp before you enter the stall.


Then it was off to the University


Waited for a little bit til 10:00 for the show to begin.

These two monkeys wasted my camera batteries taking and looking at their pictures, and I didn't bring the charger with us to Pucón , so I didn't get pictures of our date night or of our adventures on Saturday when we all took a bus ride to Los Pozones Thermal springs or our bus ride home, but we did get videos. So they're coming up next.
