I had to come back from Ohio asap to make it back today to see Peter in his kindergarten program "American Symbols On Parade".
He was so excited about it, and was worried when I said that I was going to Ohio. I told him Dad and Mel could be there instead of me, but I was glad he wanted me there. I was glad to made it back in time. Mel came with me. Peter did so good! I took a few videos that I shared with his older siblings. At the end of one of the songs, he did a little dab move, which was so cute.
I was glad he held it long enough for me to get a pic, and for the girl next to him to return to her upright position so I could see him. A photo with his teacher after the program.
Then Peter came home with me, and Abi showed up near the end (in time for the refreshments, she said "I got what I came for") and Abi and Mel wandered the halls to reminisce about the good ol' days of elementary school life. Then Mel went back to Provo. She was a real help while I was gone, I am very grateful. Corey and I went to India House for date night tonight. I showed him how we can watch little Mary on her angle eyes hospital camera app. Cute little eyes.
Sweet Mary, we love you! We are so excited for Joseph and Eliza to have you in their life forever. They are really looking forward to her coming home.
