Spent

It's been a busy weekend and I am spent. Today Corey drove Abi out to her friends house where she was going to spend the day befor prom. They left here at 8:15 am. Corey worked until 6pm - he got home  right befor a dinner invitation with neighbors at 6, and then we went to the adult session of stake conference. 

As for my day, I drove Wes and Peter to Peter's soccer game at 9, Wes stayed there to cheer Peter on while I came home to take Lily and her friend Bella to Alta to ski the bunny hill. Then drove back down to go pick up Wes and Peter, came home for a minute, Wes took a shower, then he came again with me as we took O & D to Owen's soccer game at 11:30. They won 3-0, Mel and Christian showed up there which was a nice surprise. I took this pic after the game of Owen and his fans. Mel and Christian were trying to look like proud grandparents. 

Daniel's game was right after, Mel and Christian stayed for that and I took Owen and his friend Oliver home (Oliver was bored) and dropped them off, and since that plan changed with Mel and Christian's help, I was able to head back up the canyon to pick up Lily and Bella earlier than our original 2:30 plan. We took Bella home out to Holladay, I was super tired on the drive, thankfully didn't fall asleep at the wheel, got home at 2:30. So that was the biggest chunk of my day. Boo to sitting for so long in the car. I stood up at the soccer game. Eat Sleep Move book says to not sit, Sitting is to our overall health what the sun is to skin cancer.

So now I had my 3-5:30 pm window to exercise. I was debating if I wanted to bike, swim, or go for a jog. Christian said to do it all, do a triathalon! Haha, that's a good idea, I'll do that someday! Go swim 60 laps, then bike 60 miles, then jog 6 miles. Maybe for now I'll start with 20s... 20 laps, 20 miles, 2 mile. M&C came over and made dinner, Ethan and Bella stopped by too, they were up for a baby shower. We showed them all our new little pig Brownie. He's super cute. Alvin LOVED him! Ethan trying to keep Brownie safe. 

I wish I was a guinea pig so I could get a smile like that out of Alive, haha! He loves animals! So I decided to do the swim portion of the triathalon. And went to sauna for 30 min, then swim, then home for quick shower, Corey got back, dinner at Rick's house was nice, I took more than my share of chocolate chip coolies, then stake conference. Corey is working more but I'm heading to bed, I'm waaaay done with this week though, so I'm going to bed.
