Seminary Graduate

Abi is a seminary graduate.

They had the graduation seminary and "presentation of diplomas" last night. It was done by stake, and so we were out here with mostly Brighton High seminary graduates. Abi and her friends from the Granite Ridge ward - 3 from Skyline, 1 Brighton.

They are a good group of kids. 

I woke up early this morning and was baking sourdough "with singleness of heart" to feed my family. I was reading my scriptures and then I heard Katharine wake up. I got up and met her in the kitchen, set her down, and went to the garage to get her some peach jelly for her bread. Katharine likes butter and peach jelly. When I came back in, she had put on my glasses, had opened my scriptures (upside down) and had a pen in hand, ready to jot down her insights. 

KATHARINE you are adorable and make me smile. A few other Katharine quotes from today... As she was finishing up in the bathroom washing her hands, I could hear her singing, belting out "EVERYTHING THAT I HAD GAVE THE LORD!" I told that to Corey and Abi as we were driving back from seminary graduation, and he mentioned hearing her talking to Daniel, telling him to give something to her: "Give it back you little freak" - haha! She's a funny little person. She came to Abi's graduation with us, fell asleep on my lap and was snoring a bit loudly. She woke up when it was done, gave Abi a hug, and got a cookie on our way out.
