This year the kids did a repeat of last years' UEA break and went up to Summit Watch in Park City again. I stayed home with Peter, but everyone else went up. Thursday night and Friday night, and they came home today. Corey and the kids left at 5:00 with a full van on Thursday. Hyrum volunteered to stay home and finish some homework and to wait for Ethan to come back from his music lesson. Thanks for inviting us up, Grandpa!
Playing Bingo with the cousins ~ Owen looks like he has not having much luck getting his numbers called...
Ethan went to hang out with friends after his lesson, so Hyrum patiently waited longer. E said he'd probably pick H up at 9, and they ended up leaving at 10 (Hyrum called it). Ethan and his friends all have Unicorn Onesies, Trumans' grandma got them a sweet deal.
So everyone slept up there Thursday night. On Friday there was of lots of swimming:
...and Halloween crafts with Grandma! Nice necklace, Owen!
Hyrum came home to sleep last night cause he had his ACT class early this morning. After being up in Park City and thinking about skiing for a few days, Corey took the kids to go get fitted for ski rentals after they got home. I plan on borrowing Wesley's or Abi's skis for a date or two with Corey, (hopefully for day skiing instead of night).
Corey rented some for him, Wes, and Abi, and Sophi through Daniel all have skis that a neighbor gave us. So the little kids are all set for fun with Dad this winter, should be fun!
