Happy Birthday Sophia

Ya gotta love 2 year olds. Sophia has had no expectations today.

She did enjoy us singing Happy Birthday and we let her try and try again to blow out her two candles.

She opened one present and played with it contently for 2 hours, hardly noticing the other presents waiting to be unwrapped.

She put the doll up on her shoulders just like her dad does with her, which made me smile - so cute.

And good news for Joseph and Ethan - on Aug 31st they had auditions for the Caleb Music Big Band, they found out today that they both made the bands they were trying out for. Joseph in the Little Big Band, and Ethan in the New Bop Big Band. And they both made lead alto, they are super excited and their dad is pretty pleased too. They are here looking over my shoulder telling me I need to mention this in a post by itself. I'll give their achievement the notice is deserves tomorrow in it's own post, Ethan would like it to be titled "Ethan's Amazing Saxophone Playing"
