We are leaving for a parent's only trip early on Thursday morning. Not even the baby will be tagging along. This is the first time we've done a "just us" trip in 13 years. The children have been very tender and have been giving us hugs and leaving us tender notes around the house to let us know they will miss us. This was by Lily.
We are gonna miss them so much, but will try to enjoy getting to know each other again.
